At Everyday Empire Studio, we want your subscription experience to be smooth, flexible, and stress-free. Below you’ll find details on how to manage, update, or cancel your subscription plan.

Managing Your Subscription

When you subscribe to one of our boxes, you’ll receive an account login link by email. Through your customer account, you can:

  • View your upcoming orders

  • Update your billing or shipping address

  • Pause or skip a month (for monthly plans)

  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan (when available)

Billing & Payments

  • All subscription payments are processed automatically using the payment method you provided at checkout.

  • Billing occurs on the same date each month (or every 3 months for VIP plans).

  • If your payment fails, you’ll receive an email notification so you can update your payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Subscription boxes ship within the first week of each new cycle.

  • You’ll receive tracking information once your box is on its way.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Pausing or Skipping a Box

We get it — life happens! If you need to pause or skip a delivery, simply log into your account before your next billing date and select the “Skip” option.

Canceling Your Subscription

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime through your customer account.

  • To avoid being charged for your next box, please cancel at least 3 days before your billing date.

  • Once an order has been billed and processed, cancellations will apply to the following cycle.

Refunds & Returns

  • Due to the personalized and curated nature of our boxes, we do not offer refunds on subscription orders.

  • If your box arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us at [your support email] within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
